Returns: There are no returns on fragrance oils unless incorrect items were shipped due to an error on our part, or items were defective. Then returns are only accepted within 7 days of purchase. You must contact us first for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization).
Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in the same condition they were shipped in order to be accepted. If items are not received in acceptable condition and in clean original packaging, or are unauthorized, they may not be accepted or credited. Refund will be given in the form of store credit or cash refund per our choice.
