Question | Answer | Do you have a phone? | No, in order to keep prices as low as possible we must keep overhead as low as possible by eliminating luxuries. This means no phone bill, no 1-800 costs. | Can I call in my order? | No, to process credit cards this way, it is an extra monthly fee and we have only had this request a few times. Also see answer above. | How soon can you ship my order? | Orders are normally packed every evening from 4:00 to 8:00 PM EST - As long as your order is placed and paid for before the 8:00 hour, it will go out the next day. We ship Monday - Friday. | Can you get this certain scent? | Yes, we can get any scent manufactured. If you have a scent you would like to see us carry, please submit a 1/2 ounce sample to us. If we deem this to be a scent we feel would sell well, we will submit it to the manufacturer for duplication in the order it was received. This will not be something you will see right away in the scent line. The scent must throw well in Soy!!! | Do you or will you offer other products besides scents? | At this time we are basically just scent. However, we are a very young business and hope to grow to a size where we can indeed start carrying wicks, dyes and other products. The business self funds itself. We take out no loans or credit lines and we do not draw a pay from this.
